Paul Andrew is a pioneer, pastor, and writer whose passion is helping ministry leaders live well and finish strong. Born in Australia, Paul has spent decades championing leaders, building thriving communities, and creating spaces for soul care and renewal. In 2010, he co-founded Liberty Church in New York City with his wife Andi, a vibrant faith community that spread across the city and beyond. He also established Barnabas Network in 2021, to provide care and community for men in leadership. Now based in Charleston with his wife and four kids, he leads Pastors Collective as Executive Director, equipping more than a thousand leaders a year through retreats, relationships, and resources. Paul shares from a deep well of wisdom, a heart for human flourishing, and a belief that healthy leaders shape healthy churches.
